This notice explains what personal data Sentaris Analytics collects about you, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every page under sentarisanalytics.co, including the Axonera AG review hub.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us through the contact form (name, email, phone) and the technical information your browser sends automatically (IP, user agent, referrer, pages viewed). We never buy or sell customer lists.
Why we use it
Contact data is used strictly to reply to your request. Analytics data is aggregated and used to understand which review articles are most useful, so we can keep improving the editorial hub.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with processors that help us deliver the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) and only under written data-processing agreements aligned with European standards.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months and then permanently deleted. Server logs are retained for 12 months for security and fraud prevention.
